Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ZAMAN. By visiting our website and/or purchasing an heirloom from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including those additional terms and policies referenced herein.

1. Online Store & Eligibility

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country or state of residence.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

  • You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission from us.

     

2. Products, Pricing & Accuracy

We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and details of our products (including our custom flag tassels and top-grain leather storage) as accurately as possible.

  • Unique Variations: Because our products utilize high-grade, natural materials (such as natural stones, organic beads, and top-grain leathers), subtle variations in texture, color, and grain are inherent characteristics of luxury craftsmanship and do not constitute defects.

  • Pricing: All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless converted using our currency switcher (e.g., to SAR or KWD). We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

  • Errors: In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for that product.

3. Bespoke Customization & Engraving

ZAMAN prides itself on offering personalized keepsakes.

  • Final Approval: You are entirely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any text, initials, or design specifications submitted for custom engraving or gold-foil stamping. Once customized production has commenced, changes cannot be made.

  • Intellectual Property Rights: If you submit a custom logo, family crest, or emblem for engraving, you warrant that you own the rights to use that design. We reserve the right to decline any personalization requests that violate intellectual property rights or cultural guidelines.

4. Shipping, Delivery & GCC Customs

While we manage logistics with the utmost care, transit times are handled by premium third-party couriers.

  • GCC Customs Duties: For shipments dispatched to KSA, Kuwait, and the wider GCC, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Delivery Windows: Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates. ZAMAN is not liable for delayed deliveries resulting from courier delays, custom clearances, or regional public holidays.

5. Payment Security

All purchases made through our e-commerce platform are processed through secure, industry-standard encrypted payment gateways.

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

  • We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, and local regional networks like Mada (for KSA orders).

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including but not limited to brand imagery, product photographs, text copy, graphic assets, logos, and design layouts—is the exclusive intellectual property of ZAMAN Boutique, protected under UAE federal intellectual property laws and international copyright treaties. Any unauthorized use, replication, or distribution of our assets is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

ZAMAN, our directors, officers, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind—including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, or replacement costs—arising from your use of any of our products or services.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local laws of the Emirate of Dubai.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai, UAE.

You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
